This hotel is excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff are attentive and provide a great service. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, including an external window to let in natural light. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to both the Old Town and the center of the city.
No improvements needed, everything was just right.

The room I stayed in was small, but it had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. I appreciated the offer to stay at their sister guest house, which had a lovely room and great amenities. The location was convenient, with the cathedral, harbour, train station, and shops all within walking distance. The staff, especially Daniela, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The communal kitchen and roof terrace were nice additions, and the internet connection was reliable. I had a pleasant experience at The Pocket Pillow House and would recommend it to others.

Friendly reception, provided helpful information and assistance with luggage. Basic but value for money room with fully equipped kitchen. Graffiti in the area, but plenty of nearby restaurants. Good location for transportation, close to train station and reliable bus services.
